General Terms and Conditions
D Media PR (“D Media PR”, “we”, “us”) is an independent communications and public relations consultancy established and operating under Luxembourg law, run by Douwe Miedema, who operates as a self-employed professional (indépendant), under LBR number A44813.
Scope of services
D Media PR provides strategic communications, public relations, media relations, training, and related advisory services. The exact scope of services is defined in individual proposals, agreements, or statements of work agreed with the client.
Engagement and fees
Services are provided on a project, retainer, or hourly basis, as agreed in writing. Fees, payment schedules, and expenses are specified in the applicable agreement or invoice. Invoices are payable within the stated payment term. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Client obligations
The client agrees to provide accurate and timely information, obtain all necessary rights, and cooperate reasonably. D Media PR is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from client-provided information.
Intellectual property
All pre-existing materials remain the property of D Media PR. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive right to use deliverables for their intended purpose.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information unless disclosure is required by law.
Liability
Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. Media coverage is not guaranteed. Liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant services.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement under the conditions stated in agreed offers. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. The courts of Luxembourg have exclusive jurisdiction.
